Optimal Spa Experience
For the optimal spa experience, we recommend you arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to relax with a beverage and change into your robe and slippers. Feel free to enjoy our luxurious steam shower and Relaxation Room prior to your appointment to benefit from the full experience.

Cell Phones
Cell phones are allowed, although they need to be set on silent or vibrate, in consideration of other guests in our facility.

Age Requirements & Considerations
We love children; however, for the consideratoin of our guests, we ask that children under the age of 12 be in the salon or spa if they are receiving services. Thank you for your understanding.

Gratuity
Prices exclude gratuity with the exception of Spa packages and group reservations.

Gift Certificates
A delightful way to introduce someone to the benefits of salon and spa services is through Bel Fiore gift certificates.

Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges need to be done within the first 7 days of purchase. Refund only to be used to acquire a store credit.

Change / Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Bel Fiore's technicians are highly trained professionals who are scheduled to serve you based upon confirmed appointment you make. It is important to allow at least 24 hours notice whenever you find it necessary to change or cancel appointments. A credit card number or gift certificate number will be needed to hold appointments. A 25% service fee will be applied to the credit card or gift certificate, if a 24 hour notice is not received or if the guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment.
