Massage is not a Luxury

Physically, we all need massage because massage increases metabolism, hastens healing, relaxes and refreshes muscles and helps detoxify the lymphatic system. It also improves circulation, thereby improving the delivery of oxygen and nutrition to the cells, making your body feel good.

Massage is necessary for us psychologically, too. Massage relieves fatigue, reduces tension and anxiety, calms the nervous system and promotes a sense of relaxation and renewed energy, making YOU feel good. The following conditions can be relieved by massage. If you suffer from any of the following, your body may be telling you it's time for a massage:

  • Stress and tension
  • Mental and physical fatigue
  • Pain in shoulders, neck, and back
  • Muscle and joints not feeling supple
  • Muscles soreness from overexertion
Lack of circulation (legs, arms, feet, hands)
  • Skin tone not looking right
  • Digestive issues, trouble eliminating toxins from body
  • Headache or eyestrain from computer
  • Insomnia or trouble getting into a deep relaxation
  • Muscular spasms
  • Weight concerns or flabby muscles (when combined with diet and exercise)
  • Mental strain – lack of productivity
  • Mildly high blood pressure
  • Scar tissue from surgery or past injuries
  • Lack of joint mobility

Surely one or more of these issues pertain to you and a massage can improve if not totally relieve these problems.

All of our therapists are HIGHLY trained in various modalities of massage to meet your specific needs. The massage therapist will consult with you on your concerns so that they can be improved or totally relieved.
