We welcome you into a warm calming retreat. Belfiore strives to provide guests with a pleasurable and memorable experience.

Guest service is a very important part of our culture.  We welcome any comments that will help us better ourselves, our team and our business.   Please complete a “Guest Survey” Card at our front desk to share your suggestions or praises.

Belfiore's Etiquette

For the optimal spa experience , we recommend you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to relax with a beverage and change into your robe and slippers.  Feel free to enjoy our luxurious steam shower and Relaxation Room prior to your appointment to benefit from the full experience. At the Mansions location, please enjoy our steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.

• A 24 hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment.   A credit card number or gift card number will be needed to hold your appointments.  A 25% service fee will be applied to the card or certificate, if a 24 hour notice is not received or if the guest does not  show up for the appointment.
• Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used.  Please let us know within one week if you are not completely satisfied.
• It is important to let your service provider know if you are currently taking any medication.  Some medications may alter the effects of chemical services or may be contraindicated with certain body treatments or products.
• Gift cards make the perfect gift and may be purchased in person, by telephone or online, at www.belfiorespa.com.  Gift cards are not refundable.
• Personal checks are gladly accepted.  Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a minimum of $25 and could jeopardize your check writing privileges.
• We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, CARE CREDIT, SPA FINDER and SPA WISH.
• At Belfiore we work as a team.  Please feel free to receive services from any service provider of your choice.
• For your peace of mind and that of other guests, please bring children to the Salon only if they have an appointment.
• Our Spa is a place of peace and tranquility.  Children not receiving services, cellular phones and pagers are not permitted under any circumstance.
• Gratuities are not included in service price. Exceptions are Spa Packages and group services for 6 or more.
